Welcome to this beautiful 4 bed 2.5 bath villa with private pool overlooking the stunning Villamartin Golf Course. The villa has all you could wish for in a holiday destination. Golf course views, views of the Med and more.

The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms mixed with double and single beds. There are 2 bathrooms and a WC. The living room is spacious and has a full entertainment area of large TV, All nationality channels and a dvd player. A large dining area as well. The kitchen has all mod con's you could ask for and even a dishwasher. All bedrooms have aircon to keep you cool in the summer. plus standing fans

Outside is stunning with the private pool to sunbathe by or take a cool dip! areas to sit and have a drink and socialise also. There is even a TV outside so you can keep up with your soaps or sports. It's a perfect villa for your holiday in Spain.

The Villa is situated very close to all of the commercial centres a short drive away. The villa is walking distance to La Fuente centre, Los Dolces, Rioja centre and the massive La Zenia Boulevard is a short drive away. You also have some of the best beaches around on this coastline that are very close too and miles of fantastic costal walks. There are some fantastic places to eat out and range from inexpensive to a luxury Al a Carte fine dining experience. Just ask us.

In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well.

Visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall, considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, or catch a taxi!

The location of this makes makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.

Booking Information

On Meet & Greet at the villa, There is a compulsory 150 euro end of stay cleaning fee to be paid cash on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Please ask for a quote.

Cots and high chairs are available upon request are FREE.

Damage Deposit 

£250.00 to be handed to meet & greet on arrival / refunded back on leaving the villa nothing damaged. 

Payment Schedule

25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

25% of the payment is required 180 day(s) before arrival.

The remaining amount is to be paid 60 day(s) before arrival.

The villa is a really lovely clean villa on the side of the golf course. on arrival their was water,teabags,milk,sugar,beer,prosecco etc all the essentials you need on a late arrival.It is a 4 bedroom villa,which one of the bedrooms is a walk through to the groundfloor outside area (pool &garden)it has an outside television,dart board,large size lounge hammock and large outside lounge seating area,and large swimming pool (it was cold but we still went in brrr) your body climatises to it in a couple of minutes.2 bathrooms on that level 1 main and 1 ensuite,upstairs kitchen living, dining area, a toilet and outside balcony which is very big,has a barbecue,table n chairs and lounge style seating area.The villa is in a lovely location(in a hilly area) you have a choice to use the owners car for extra charge which we took them up on. there is villa Martin plaza over the other side of the golf course bout a 5/6 minute drive a big plaza with bars and restaurants,there is a centre le fuente centre, bars, restaurants and pharmacy, bakery, kebab shop etc about 2 min drive away,also has Aldi ,garage and sports bar on other side of road.all quite handy. also top of that street has a big mercadonna super market.The villa is close to la zenia boulevard big shopping centre with all the shops and designer shops you need.cabo roig entertainment strip, la zenia beach.lots to do within driving distance like Torre de la horrodada beach n town (beautiful place) or the mud baths at San Pedro,or a bit of a drive to cartagena beautiful town n harbour with ruins and amphitheatre etc and designer shops,la rufette was close by where you can quad bike,horse ride ,zip line,crazy golf,paintball and many more activities.we had a range of family staying from 13 to 82 we all loved the villa, area and will definitely be staying again.we would like to thank Nina and Phil for all their help and made us feel so welcome also the guy who met us with the keys was a nice approachable guy and very helpful.

What a beautiful place amazing garden pool and views Little bit away from the plaza but 5 mins in a cab or a 35 minute beautiful walk going passed the side of the golf course Staying busy looking at some lovely villas on the way so not a bad walk Getting back to the villa a fee teething problems with pool and outside lighting But yes of course got sorted it. A kettle I wasn't happy to use so they came to the rescue with a new one The kitchen cupboards need decluttering for rentals food And the air con in the garage conversion/ bedroom needs rewiring or disconnecting bit dangerous Overall views on the villa beautiful and felt comfortable.

Family of 6 all different ages oldest 82 to the youngest 13. We had a great stay at this villa it has everything you need to make your stay home from home. Beautiful garden & pool. Rented the car with the villa which was a bonus. Car is needed to get around.

Had a fantastic stay here in march, this is the first place we have stayed in that felt like an actual home, so as the weather wasn't as good as it could have been sometimes, it was was a pleasure to remain indoors and relax. Will definitely visit again.

Just returned from a lovely relaxing break in Villamartin. This Villa is quiet in a peaceful location within walking distance to the Plaza for food and drinkies. every need was catered from here, like a home from home :)

We’ve stayed in a few great facilities over the years supplied by the great team at In The Sun Holidays but this was one of the best! I’d recommend it for groups, families and couples as it had everything you’d need, wonderful views over the golf course.

Here for 7 days of absolute bliss! Beautiful villa with plenty of space for either a couple (as we were) or for the whole family! Everything you need is here and just a short drive to shops or a nice leisurely walk for supplies.

With the beautiful backdrop of a golf course behind, and sea views to the distance you are guaranteed perfect relaxed break at this villa, such a perfect hand over of the villa from the owners as they were still about at the time and even collected us from the airport!!! Thank you Nina & Phill for such a great stay, and to be sure we will be back in the future!
